Yee, by Glitter Glam

This record was the culmination of my work with Glitter Glam, an experimental improvisation based small ensemble I started with some friends at U of M. This music is fun, scary, vulnerable, and just generally all over the place. Everyone in the group had a totally different musical background and the sound of this group was a weird combination of all those influences. This is probably one of the most collaborative groups I have ever been in. Everyone in the group composed and we collectively arranged and ironed out each other's ideas. Also unlike most of the records in my discography we tracked this record live and for the most part without a metronome. This gives the songs on this EP a looseness and spontaneity that I really love. This is probably my most out there release, and while its a wild ride it’s also a fun one!
